For many customers, traditional home cleaning services are enough to keep an apartment free of the dirt, dust and grime of everyday life. For others, they need a deep cleaning service to get their bedrooms and bathrooms up to their standards. That’s when it’s time to clean the home in a more thorough way with deep cleaning. During a deep clean, we can spend extra hours to clean your apartment from top to bottom.

You could hire the first cleaning company you find online, but ScrubMaid should be the people you trust. The cleaners will be in your home, dusting your office and freshening up every room, all of which may happen in the hours when you’re not home

We bring everything necessary to complete a typical home cleaning and nearly all equipment required for cleaning your apartment. However, if you have special requests or special products you would like us to use, we are flexible around that. Please make sure they are left out in clear view for our cleaning staff and accompanied by directions on their use.
When you make a booking, you’ll be prompted to give us entry instructions. If you have a doorman or can hide a key somewhere, there’s no need for you to be home. Or, feel free to stick around during the clean. Whatever you’re most comfortable with is fine. In any case, please don’t forget about your appointments. We’ll remind you with an email or text message, but if the cleaner can’t get in the door by following your entry instructions, or if you aren’t home when you said you would be, you’ll be charged a lock-out fee.
We love animals, but the loud noise of the vacuum does occasionally cause a scare. If you think your pet may become overly anxious while we are there, please make temporary arrangements while we are in your home. You can leave detailed pet instructions during the online scheduling process.
We accept most major credit cards and debit cards: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover. Unfortunately, we no longer accept cash or check.
Tips are always appreciated, your cleaning service will always be great no matter what.
You can call us over the phone, reschedule or cancellation link in your original booking email, or send us a message from our contact page.
Yes. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will incur an $75 fee. This fee goes to our cleaner and staff, as we would have had a job to fill that slot otherwise.
We can’t do these in our standard flat rate service but you can simply book an hourly service and request those be focused on, with detailed instructions of what exactly needs to be done. And if you underestimate the time necessary, we can always schedule a second appointment to come back or add more time on site if cleaners has no other appointments
Of course! If you’d like us to clean something a certain way, focus on a specific part of the home, or anything else, leave specific instructions box when scheduling online. Please note additional time/charge may require for anything over 20 minutes or more to complete, to make sure we have the proper time to do it right.
Due to liability, we do some provide certain services. We don’t clean any bio-hazardous substance (feces, blood, etc..), outside window cleaning, lifting or moving heavy furniture, carpet/steam cleaning, cleaning areas that are out of reach with a 2-step ladder/stool, glass light fixtures.
Tips are not required but are certainly appreciated by our cleaners. Your cleaning service will always be great no matter what.
We clean during both. Our cleaning staff is able to clean day and night, depending on your preference.
Many customers give us a key for after-hours cleaning, so we can clean without disrupting your work.
We get it right or we make it right. If you’re not satisfied with your clean, you can request a free reclean.
Customers can request a reclean by emailing us on our contact page — as long as the appointment was completed within the past 48 hours. The reclean appointment must be scheduled and completed within 72 hours of contact.
